Frequently asked questions

When will my box ship?
​
Boxes will ship out on the 15th each month, sometimes sooner. If the 15th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, your box will ship out on Monday or the following buisness day.

How will I be billed?
​
When you place your order, you’ll be charged for your first box right away. After that, you’ll be billed on the 1st of each month for subsequent box deliveries.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
​
Yes! We will definitely miss you but we understand that life happens. You can cancel or pause your subscription whenever you’d like. Log into your account or send us an email at cierra@scandalandlace.com. If your payment has already been processed, the cancellation will affect the following box.
Please note – cancellations or pause requests must be received before your billing date (1st of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.

Can I return my box or get a refund?

Any box that has already been billed is not refundable or returnable. However, we will do our best to accomodate our subscribers any way we can.

Is there a cutoff date in order to get the upcoming box?
​
Yes! In order to get the upcoming box you must subscribe by the 1st. For Example, to get the December box, you must subscribe by December 1st.
